Each supplier gets their own link to fill in prices, availability and lead time. Quotes come back into Quotes & approvals where you compare them before anything is sent to Grant.

For a supplier who replied by email, phone or PDF instead of using their link.
Review & submit order
Check quantities and prices (price defaults to the last paid price — edit to the quoted price). Submit sends it to Grant to approve; on approval Joe & Dolly action it with the supplier.
